We care.
During their studies, one in three university students reports severe mental health problems. Compared to the general population, symptoms of depression and anxiety are two times higher in university students.
We care for a change.

billions euros for student dropouts in Germany every year.
Many students report high levels of mental distress. Mental health problems can affect students’ energy levels, concentration, creativity, and hinder performance. Research showed that depression is associated with lower grade point averages. This even gets worse when depression and anxiety co-occur. Students with a mental health diagnosis are also far more likely to dropout from university. Many students want professional support – but there is often an undersupply of professional, psychological support at universities.
We provide workshops for students before their mental distress keeps them from their study goals.
As remindset, we believe that students bring everything they need to pursue a fullfilling life.
But on rainy days they still may loose sight of their potential.
This is when reMINDset provides the perfect nudge to re-discover it:
Recognize own potentials
Every student comes with a great set of strengths to build upon during their studies. reMINDset helps them see their strength as well as remind them about their potential and how to grow it.
Build helpful habits
When students experience mental distress, they can be stuck in old habits which block their personal growth. reMINDset empowers students to reset these habits and build helpful ones.
Promote strong mindset
We believe that students’ mindsets are a crucial factor in how they cope with stressful events. reMINDset works toward a growth mindset – an open way to overcome challenges.
Behind remindset
We are Katharina Bögl and Sandra Naumann – entrepreneurs with over 10 years of experience in neuroscience and psychology. Over the last years, we researched the interplay of mind and brain. We have developed the reMINDset workshops based on our vast research experience, integrating current scientific evidence and research practice.
Our partners
By offering reMINDset workshops, we were able to provide our students with something to support their mental health from their first semester.
Berlin School of Mind and Brain, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin
